Francesca is an emerging pop artist based between Scotland and Italy. She has taken an interest in music ever since she was five and has started performing all over Europe and the United Kingdom since then. In her early years as an artist, she had the honour of being invited to perform at the Rome’s Trastevere Festival and received grand applause for it. It is only recently that she overcame her inhibitions and decided to release her music as a solo artist to showcase her culture and pay homage to her hometown, Sicily. Her eclectic and dreamy pop vocals fraternise elegantly with the strength of her voice showcasing versatility as one of her best singing capabilities. Having formed a successful band of exceptional talents, her band “The New Waves” has been busy performing for various pubs all around Scotland from 2020 to 2021. Owing to this recognition all around the country, Francesca has garnered significant media attention since 2021. In the same year, following her success as a singer and an artist, Francesca’s music was not only being played on the “Amazing Radio” but she was also roped into the project of ‘Cover to Cover’, featuring her as the “Artist of The Week” for The Scotsman. Ever since, her primary focus has been on writing and producing music, especially for brand advertisements. Her song ‘liability’ has been used by the fashion brand “LUISAVIAROMA”, in a video shot and directed by a Los Angeles based cinematographer, Davide Micciulla. She later went on to compose short music pieces for various fashion brands, including the “Basic Magazine” showcasing the winter collection of Micheal Kors and House of Mua Mua.
Her latest release OBSTACLE ,featuring producer X.X.X.X.L., introduces Francesca to the electronic pop genre and has gathered a spot in over two hundred playlists on Spotify. The song has accumulated notable appreciation in countries like the United States and Ukraine and has later been played on the “Amazing Radio” in both the US and the UK.
